About Me
I’m a Life and Leadership Coach with several decades of experience helping people create meaningful change. I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps, and I support them to gain clarity, set purposeful goals, and build practical, achievable plans that move them forward.
My coaching style blends humanistic values with strategic, evidence-based methods. I draw on a range of coaching models to meet each client where they are, offering a space that is both compassionate and focused on real, sustainable progress. Whether someone is navigating a leadership challenge, redefining their direction, or seeking greater confidence and balance, I help them reconnect with their strengths and take action that aligns with who they want to become.
My professional background spans mental health, criminal justice, leadership, and personal development. I hold an MSc in Leadership and Expertise in Working with Personality Disorder, a Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory, an ILM Certificate in Coaching, a BA (Hons) in Community Justice, and a BA (Hons) in English Literature. Before moving fully into coaching, I spent 15 years as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and 27 years as a qualified Probation Practitioner. These roles shaped my understanding of human behaviour, resilience, and the complex realities of change—insights that now deeply inform my coaching practice.
Outside work, I’m an enthusiastic traveller, a keen Formula 1 fan, and am currently learning Norwegian -albeit slowly!. Curiosity and growth have always been central to my life, and I bring that same spirit into the work I do with every client.
If you’re ready to move forward but aren’t sure where to begin, just get in touch – you’ll find me a grounded, supportive and experienced collaborative partner keen to help you achieve your goals.
